R. Chad Robertson
President, R & W Electric Co.
Chad is the President and co-founder of R & W Electric Co., where he brings over two decades of leadership and hands-on experience in infrastructure development. Chad began his career with Webster Electric in 2004, quickly establishing himself as a key contributor to major projects for the Mississippi Department of Transportation, the Federal Aviation Administration, Mississippi State University, University of Southern Mississippi and other government agencies. His dedication and strategic insight led him to serve as President of Webster Electric, guiding the company through years of growth and success.
Following Webster Electric’s closure in 2023 after 24 years in business, Chad co-founded R & W Electric Co., representing one half of the company’s namesake. In his current role, he continues to drive innovation and excellence across all facets of the organization.
Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from the University of Southern Mississippi.
Outside of work, Chad enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth sports, hunting, and fishing.

Steven D. Webster
Vice-President, R & W Electric Co.
Steve founded Webster Electric in 1999 alongside his wife, Sheila. Over the course of 25 successful years, he led numerous high-profile projects for the Federal Aviation Administration, universities across Mississippi, and military installations. In 2023, Webster Electric concluded operations, and the Websters became half of the namesake behind R & W Electric Co., where Steve continues to play a vital leadership role.
A veteran of the United States Air Force, Steve served as an Air Traffic Controller and brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to every project. He holds an Associate’s Degree from Meridian Community College, a Master Electrician License in seven states, a Commercial Pilot’s License, and various other professional certifications.
Steve has actively contributed to the electrical industry through his service on multiple committees for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA).
In his free time, Steve enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and flying his airplane.

Sheila Webster
Chief Financial Officer & Vice-President, R & W Electric Co.
Sheila serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President for R & W Electric Co., where she has been instrumental in shaping the company’s financial strategy and long-term success. With a leadership style rooted in integrity and insight, Sheila has consistently guided the organization through growth and innovation.
Her professional journey began in education, spending a decade teaching mathematics at West Lauderdale Elementary and Middle School within Lauderdale County School District. In 2000, she transitioned into the business world alongside her husband, Steve Webster, at Webster Electric. Since then, Sheila has become a cornerstone of R & W Electric’s leadership team, known for her dedication, mentorship, and strategic vision.
Sheila holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Mississippi State University and has earned numerous certifications and accolades throughout her career. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and traveling with her husband.

Tristan Rowell
Vice-President, R & W Electric Co.
Tristan serves as a Vice President for R & W Electric Co., where he leads the organization’s financial strategy with a unique blend of accounting expertise and operational insight. After nearly a decade in public accounting, Tristan transitioned to the construction industry in 2017, joining Webster Electric as an assistant project manager. His hands-on experience in project management laid the foundation for a deeper understanding of construction operations, which he later combined with his financial acumen when he returned to the accounting side of the business.
With the formation of R & W Electric in 2023, Tristan assumed his current leadership position, bringing continuity, strategic vision, and a deep commitment to excellence. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Mississippi State University, and has earned numerous certifications and achievements throughout his tenure.
Outside of work, Tristan is a devoted family man who enjoys trips to Disney World, coaching youth soccer, and preaching at his local church.
